Introduction

Although the WOTC program may appear to be simple on the surface, it is in fact quite complex. Certifying an employee for the program entails many steps. One of the key steps in this process is the initial screening of each new employee to determine their eligibility under the program. This can be accomplished through a brief ATC Screening Questionnaire.

This questionnaire is then screened by our bilingual consulting staff who determine eligibility, complete applicable government forms and who submit required documents to the appropriate designated State agency for certification. Any cases denied by the certifying agencies are reviewed by our staff and appealed where appropriate. We have made certain that every step in this process is carefully constructed to gain the confidence and cooperation of all who we interface with both at the store and corporate levels.

Since all companies have unique organizational structures, the program for your company will be custom designed to take into account your personnel requirements, make-up and size of the work-force, expansion forecasts, and geographical distribution of facilities. ATC’s administration of the program in no way alters current hiring criteria, procedures or policies.
